Our mission
The battlespace is changing faster than legacy procurement can keep up with. Trinetra was built to close that gap. We provide a fully-owned Indian UAV programme. Our systems are deployable in weeks and hardened for actual operational environments.
We build for defence, security, industrial and disaster-response operators. Every platform is field-hardened by default and operator-first.

Col. T S Sarkar (Retd)
Col T S Sarkar (Retd) brings 29 years of distinguished Indian Army service in the Garhwal Rifles, with extensive leadership in high-tempo operational theatres including Op Rakshak, Op Rhino, and Op Falcon.
A recipient of the COAS Commendation Card, his career features raising a Rashtriya Rifles battalion, establishing a Command-level Think Tank Cell, and pioneering strategic logistics in the Northeast.
He is currently Secretary of CENERS-K, driving defence and regional security policy.
At Trinetra Technologies, he spearheads corporate strategy and strategic marketing, translating ground-level operational demands into hardened, mission-ready tactical capabilities.

Siddhartha Sarkar
Siddhartha Sarkar guides Trinetra Technologies in designing, building, and field-testing tactical UAVs, VTOL platforms, and training solutions hardened for contested environments.
Over five years of dedicated development, he has perfected an entirely in-house stack in Kolkata, from airframe fabrication and autopilot integration to ground control systems. Building the systems hands-on, he applies direct insight into the friction points and harsh field constraints operators face on the ground.
He established the foundational NCC drone training nodes in Gangtok and Kalyani, supported the node setup in an Army unit in Ranchi, and personally conducted the flight training for the National Inter-Directorate Drone Championship and Innovation competition. His work ensures that indigenous tactical platforms and the pilots operating them are fully mission-ready for military and operational use.

Maj. Gen. A Bandyopadhyay
Major General Arun Bandyopadhyay is a veteran artillery commander and seasoned defence technologist with 36 years of expertise across military operations, dynamic drone systems, electro-optics, and advanced night-vision technology.
Currently, he is on the advisory board of Trinetra Technologies LLP, functioning as the strategic guide and primary driver of its defence-oriented innovation division.
In this pivotal role, he spearheads indigenous deep-tech R&D, directs cutting-edge unmanned and surveillance platforms, and translates complex military specifications into mission-ready defence capabilities.

Brig. A K Ganguly (SM, VSM)
Brigadier Ashok Kumar Ganguly, SM, VSM, is a decorated infantry veteran and corporate leader with 34 years in the Indian Army and 12 years in senior executive management.
Brig Ganguly is on the advisory board of Trinetra Technologies LLP, where he actively monitors evolving concepts of prospective warfare.
He directly bridges the gap between frontline tactical requirements and cutting-edge defence product development, to deliver battle-ready operational solutions.
