1. DGCA Compliance & Regulatory Disclaimer

• Custom & Training UAVs: Unless explicitly certified and sold as DGCA-compliant or type-certified platforms, custom UAVs, DIY/training kits, and prototyping systems are provided primarily for research, design, testing, training, and educational purposes.
• Operator Responsibilities: The buyer or operating unit is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary statutory permissions, including Unique Identification Numbers (UIN), Unmanned Aircraft Operator Permits (UAOP), and Digital Sky platform clearances prior to outdoor operations.

2. Regulatory & Flight Exemption Disclaimer

With reference to the Notice on Nano & Micro Drone Operations:
While the DGCA Drone Rules 2021 provide license exemptions for operating Nano (≤ 250g) and Micro (> 250g to ≤ 2kg) drones for non-commercial, research, educational, or testing purposes, buyers and operators remain strictly subject to national airspace regulations.

By purchasing or operating equipment from Trinetra Technologies, you acknowledge and agree to the following mandatory conditions:

• Visual Line of Sight (VLOS): All flights must be conducted within the direct, unaided visual line of sight of the operator at all times.
• Altitude Restrictions: Flights must strictly adhere to statutory height limits (typically up to 120 ft / 36m or 400 ft / 120m AGL in permissible Green Zones) unless formal DGCA clearance has been obtained.
• Airspace Compliance: Drones must not be operated inside No-Fly Zones, Red/Yellow Zones, airport approaches, or near sensitive government and military installations without prior authorization from relevant agencies.
• Operator Liability: Trinetra Technologies assumes no legal liability or financial responsibility for airspace violations, unlawful operations, or damages resulting from non-compliant flight activities executed by the buyer or end-user.

3. DIY Kits, Custom Prototypes & Warranty Limits

• Assembly & Calibration: For DIY kits, custom components, and unprogrammed platforms, overall flight stability and safety depend entirely on user assembly, proper wiring, calibration, and pilot proficiency.
• Exclusion of Warranty for User Misconfiguration: Trinetra Technologies does not guarantee flight performance or provide warranty coverage for:

• Crash damage incurred during assembly, testing, training, or field operations.
• Electrical damage or short circuits caused by improper wiring, incorrect power distribution, or payload integration errors.
• System malfunctions resulting from unauthorized third-party hardware modifications or unverified firmware updates.

4. Defense, Tactical & Sensitive Equipment Notice

• End-Use Verification: Certain specialized tactical components, long-range datalinks, encrypted telemetry, or custom airframe configurations may require official organizational validation or end-user declarations before dispatch.
• Controlled Technologies: The buyer agrees not to export, transfer, or supply hardware, proprietary schematics, or software code to unauthorized third parties or sanctioned entities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content on this platform – including airframe designs, proprietary hardware schematics, training modules, graphic media, and branding elements – is the exclusive intellectual property of Trinetra Technologies and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without explicit prior written consent.

6. Updates to Terms

Trinetra Technologies reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to reflect statutory changes in aviation rules or corporate policy. Continuous use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
